I had an amazing time at this hotel! the staff really made the stay special, especially Younès, who was super friendly and went out of his way to help. the breakfast was delightful, and the rooms were stunning and cozy. It's in such a great spot too, making it easy to stroll to all the main attractions like the Bahia Palace and gardens. This place truly felt like home, even better than my previous stays!
If I had to pick something to improve, it would be nice to have a key to the front door so the staff isn't on call 24/7. the area can feel a bit sketchy at night, but nothing too alarming.

My recent stay at Riad Jaime was amazing. The staff, including Oualid and Mouname, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. They were incredibly helpful, providing recommendations and ensuring all our needs were met. The rooms were clean and well-furnished, and the breakfast on the beautiful terrace was delightful. The location of the riad was perfect, close to the city center but away from the noise. I highly recommend Riad Jaime for a fabulous experience.
Would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Riad Jaime for my visit to Marrakech and it was an absolute delight. From the warm welcome and helpful recommendations from Oualid, to the attentive service of Abdo and the rest of the staff, I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The clean and comfortable rooms, coupled with the peaceful location away from the city noise, made for a relaxing experience. The beautiful terrace, delicious breakfast, and impeccable housekeeping service were also highlights. Riad Jaime is now my favorite riad in Marrakech.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The location of this place is unbeatable and peaceful, just a short distance from a ruined palace, and we would love to stay here again if we had the time.

The double room at Riad Jaime was amazing! It had air conditioning, which was a relief in the hot Marrakesh weather. The room also had a wardrobe to keep our belongings organized, and the private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer was very convenient. We felt so comfortable and at home during our stay! This twin room was fantastic! The private bathroom had both a bath and a shower, which was a nice luxury. The room also came with a hairdryer, so we didn't have to bring our own. it was a great place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.
Personally, I found the heating in the double room to be a bit too warm for my liking. However, I understand that others might appreciate it, especially during the cooler months.

The alternative building was centrally located with friendly hosts. The property was clean and the host provided helpful trip planning and prepared breakfast outside of regular hours. Great location near a jazz bar and within walking distance of everything. Highly recommended.

The room was perfect for me as a disabled guest, with easy access and spacious enough to maneuver in my wheelchair. The private bathroom had all the necessary amenities, including a shower and a hairdryer, making my stay comfortable and convenient. The air conditioning in the room kept me cool throughout my stay, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing environment. The wardrobe provided ample space for me to store my belongings and keep the room tidy. The riad provided bed linen for every room, ensuring a clean and cozy resting place.
Personally, I would have preferred a room with a bath instead of just a shower. However, I understand that others may still find enjoyment in the available facilities.

The hotel is conveniently located close to all attractions, making it easy to explore on foot. The rooms are beautifully furnished, clean, and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast served on the terrace is delicious, and the staff, including Oualid and Moumim, are attentive and accommodating, providing excellent service. The peaceful ambiance and traditional decor add to the overall charm of the hotel.
The hotel could improve by providing guests with a key to the front door, relieving the staff from the constant duty of letting people in.

Riad Jaime is a decent option for transit stays during travels, with its convenient location near the nearest airport and a distance of 3.8 km from Marrakesh. The proximity to Menara airport, which is just 10 km away, is a major advantage for travelers looking for a quick stopover.
I must mention one minor drawback of my stay at Riad Jaime. Despite being informed about an upgrade, the room I was given didn't feel like an upgrade at all.
